Return & Cancellation Policy

At Biomaze Nutraceuticals, we understand that every individual is different and that sometimes a product may not work for you. That’s why we offer our customers the option to return an open product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and feel confident that they are getting the best possible products and services from us. If you have tried a product and it does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will arrange for a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and the return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility for a refund or exchange, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
